Tape Coating for Pipe Anticorrosion Inner layer tape
System description:
Inner wrap tapeT100 is engineered to assure a high bond to the primed pipe surface with excellent conformability,aggressive adhesive for corrosion protection and repair of main line coatings.T100 is a multilayer system used for
the protection of steel pipelines. They are designed for machine or brush application and formulated with stress-corrosion cracking inhibitors. The T1100 can also be used for ductile iron pipes, in this case the use of P27 primer
is recommended.
Inner wrap tapeT100 series is Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical,
and Waste Water pipelines, pipe can be buried, underground ,overhead ,onshore and offshore .
Structure：
The specification of the tape consists of two layers, adhesive layer and film backing.
Adhesive: Butyl rubber
Film backing: Special blend of stabilized polyethylene
